Terms & Conditions

Returns Policy

RAll items, including Sale items, may be returned for full refund or exchange. Customers must request, via email, to return items within 7 days of receipt.

In order to return goods, please see below:

THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE:

Send an email to: info@coconutalley.com
Subject: Order Number (found on your invoice and email confirmation)
Body: Reason for return.
And: Brief explanation of reason for return.

This email must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

CA will reply with a reference number which should be written clearly on the box used for the return.

CA will not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty garments and will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the returns tags have been removed.

CA will check all items thoroughly prior to sending every order, we advise customers to also check garments on receipt and definitely before removing the tags. Once this tag is removed, Customers may only return the item if it is found to be faulty. CA will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as at time of release from our depot.

CA will refund the original credit card used for the purchase within 10 days of CA receiving the returned item(s), further to the normal quality checks and confirmation that tags have not been removed. The refund includes the full value of the items returned including UK sales taxes but excluding shipping costs.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
